Giggs vs Metropolitan Police [Police exposed]

If you are a fan of UK 'urban' music you know Giggs, and if you aren't you probably have come across the name Giggs, the south London born rap artist.
Giggs has been at the centre of attention for his musical ability and also for his upbringing and the environment that shaped his early teens and 20's,growing up in Peckham, south London.

Like many youth's raised in deprived city's across the united kingdom, encountering the police and the being on the 'wrong' side of the law is not uncommon.
Giggs is no exception to that,he has a spent conviction and was recently held on remand and subsequently found not guilty at trial.I'm not here to write or
elaborate his past as that has already been well documented.

The main purpose of writing this is to find answers from the metropolitan police, the police unit that have dedicated resources in prevent giggs from performing in London.

A follower of our site sent a screen grab of his spotify user interface, spotify is a music platform that allows users to stream music for 'free',the catch being
that targeted advertisements are placed around the platform and in between the music, sort of like radio adverts.

Targeted advertisement, mean just that, company's chose who and where exactly they want there adverts streamed to .This can be based on location, music genre and what ever other criteria they see fit.
Spotify, brag of their ability to do this '.
The metropolitan police have used the excuse that Giggs attracts a fan base that is 'violent and made up of highly dangerous criminals',
So,
are they using taxpayer money to fund pointless advertising that targets a demographic that cant not be recruited into the police force (criminals, going by their own description of Giggs' fan base) ,

or are they suggesting Giggs fan base is actually made up of decent people that can contribute to society ?, in which case they have to review their position on banning his shows, and the result in a loss of earners to the artist as a result of that.
