Police won't let him breathe [Rapper K-koke in court again]

K-koke revealed this morning that he was attending court for allegedly assaulting a PC ( Police Constable )

This incident in question seems to have taken place on k kokes birthday,with koke implying that he was actually the victim of a  beat down rather than the aggressor.

While we can't comment on this situation too much as it's going,It does bring up the old debate of heavy handed jobs worthy police officers with the infamous case of Ian Tomlinson, who was tragically pushed to his death [video].

Should the police and the CPS focus there attentions on greater problems to society rather than picking at the easiest targets to get prosecution numbers up ?
